Terry Shank is a Certified Professional Life Coach with Professional Christian Coaching Institute and the founder of Selah Coaching Services.  He also holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas.

Terry retired from BP Amoco in 1999 where he coached and led IT professionals.  He has worked with the WinShape Foundation since 2003 where he and his wife, Theta, currently serve as hosts for marriage intensive programs.  Terry and Theta also serve as marriage support through teaching and mentoring in their local church.  

Terry and Theta are co-founders of Finish Well, LLC, that seeks to create a legacy of Godly transformation in businesses and individuals.  Married since 1978, they have 3 married children with a growing number of grandchildren.
